The RX 7900 XTX comes with 96 Compute Units (CUs), 24 GB GDDR6 memory, and other notable specifications. Sporting two 8-pin power connectors, the card offers ample room for overclockers while delivering a 2.525 MHz boost frequency and roughly 375W board power.

Both the Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Nvidia's comparable GPUs possess built-in AV1 hardware encoding and decoding capabilities, making them ideal for streamers. The eye-catching white finish, complemented by silver accents and branding, gives the card an impressive aesthetic.

Cool white and light blue lighting enhances the card's appearance, with an option to turn off the lights using a switch located along the top edge.

The card's extensive heatsink runs throughout, with a small opening on the backplate for the last fan to exel heat. Weighing slightly over 1.5 kg, the card features  ARGB lighting. Output options include three DisplayPorts (DP 2.1) and a full-sized HDMI port (v2.1).

Featuring Dual BIOS switch , the default BIOS runs in performance mode while the secondary BIOS operates quietly and reverts to reference value. PowerColor's Hellhound Spectral White RX 7900 XTX offers improved noise and temperature performance compared to AMD's reference design, even when utilizing the default BIOS. As a result, Silent mode is only necessary for users seeking the quietest high-end systems. We suggest leaving it at performance mode.

To keep the Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU cool and potentially enhance performance, PowerColor has equipped the Hellhound with eight 6mm heat pipes embedded in a large heatsink array covering the card's front side. A copper plate makes direct contact with the GPU, while a separate heatsink segment cools the VRMs. The three dual ball bearing fans activate when the GPU temperature exceeds 60°C.

Featuring a 14-layer PCB with 2oz copper layers and a 12+3+2+2+1 phase VRM design (2+1 for memory), the card promises efficient thermal and power management.
