The 6600 XT series will not (yet) replace the Navi lineup in the form of the 5600/5700; Radeon RX 6600 XT also has 2048 stream/Shader processors active. However, the L3 cache and RDNA2 GPU architecture will make this a faster product. This AIB card registers at a 2607 MHz max Turbo clock. The BIOS offers fan stop in idle, meaning the card is passive (not fans spinning) when not utilized, and that brings you the fortunate effect of a silent product. You'll notice two spinners and a single 6- and 8-pin power connector.
The RED DEVIL utilizes a 10phase design. The default BIOS (OC) delivers 145 watts of power. AMD’s reference specification for the 6600 XT is 130 watts (TGP, the TBP is 160W). DrMos and high-polymer Caps are used in the design. The cooler features 2 x 100mm, all with two ball bearing fans with 4 heat pipes (4X6Φ) across the high-density heatsink with large nickel-plated base. This model card is equipped with a dual BIOS. OC and Silent with a 145W and 135W Power target.
