Product showcase – the packaging

The entire package weighs about 17 kg and it’s huge.

It’s a rather standard, brown box. Luckily there are cut-outs on the sides because the whole package is very heavy.

And what is awaiting us inside the box? The first thing, right at the top is… a box of accessories. But we’ll come back to what’s inside a bit later.

The chassis is nicely protected by soft foam with paper elements, and that definitely helped during shipping. There’s also a cloth bag to prevent scratches/fingerprints.

No damage occurred in transport, and the tempered glass panels were all good. As for the chassis itself, the Phanteks Enthoo 719 has an attractive, almost classic look. It’s a full-size chassis, measuring 240 mm x 570 mm x 595 mm (W x H x D) which amounts to a total of 81.4, and that’s a huge number.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • a user guide,
  • cable ties,
  • case screws (in a plastic box),
  • three expansion slot covers,
  • a GPU anti-sag bracket
  • a bracket for the option of the Dual system
  • the base for vertical GPU installation
  • four 3.5/2.5” drive cages

Ok, let’s proceed to the evaluation of the exterior.
