In the photos below you can see a number of things. This card was fitted with GDDR6 memory chips fabbed by Micron (D9WCR) rated at 12 Gbps effective type of GDDR6 graphics memory. Photos show the 12nm based TU116 GPU. Powered by a 4+2 phase power design. You can see two empty GDDR6 SMT traces, in theory, you'd think 8 GB a possibility, but it is more likely that the PCB design from the RTX 2060/2070 was carried over and reused to save money on a new PCB design. The VRM area is fitted a padded heatsink.
