At default settings, overall you are looking at a card that consumes over 316 Watts under full load. The cooler seems to be doing an okay job in cooling. The card remains passive up-to a GPU temperature of 55~60 Degrees C, the fans do not even spin. The fans used are a new revision and basically consist out of a 2x2 setup. This should offer more airflow.

The card is very lenghty and thick, roughly 11.4 inches in length which is around 29 cm so it should fit only in decent size chassis. A 12 GPU + 2 mem phase power supply is responsible for supplying the GP102 GPU with power. The two additional power phases are dedicated to the board’s GDDR5X memory.

In it's default configuration the colors change with load. Low load is green, heavy load is red. But as stated you can configure this yourself with the Palit ThunderMaster tweaking software. Below a couple of photos indicating what you can achieve and expect with the LED lighting setup.
