First let's have a good look at the modules tested today, the 2 GB kit from OCZ Technology - OCZ2RPR11502GK.
The clear blister packaging lets you get a good view of the Reaper HPC Edition modules with interesting looking heatpipe based cooling.
The memory is good for acrobatic skills also :) Details of the modules and timings can be read from a small sticker. We see latencies pushed up to 5-5-5-18 at 2.3 Volts.
As you can see, each module has a fitted heatspreader with a copper heatpipe attached to it that holds a secondary aluminum heatsink.
