Right, let's get this review started. First off, packaging, so you know what to look for in the stores of course. At the moment of writing we noticed you'll be hard-pressed to find one though -- only limited batches will be released at first. In fact we mighty have received an early sample as the packaging wasn'ty finish, just a blank carton.

The Noctis is packaged in two Styrofoam blocks and protected with plastic stickers and a plastic bag preventing it from damage during transport. Our chassis arrived in mint condition.

Specifications

  • Dimensions (mm) 220 x 544 x 567 (W x D x H)
  • Material Steel, plastic
  • Available colours Black with red LEDs, White with blue LEDs
  • Weight 9.5kg
  • Front panel Power, 2 x USB 3, 2 x USB 2, stereo, microphone
  • Drive bays 6 x 3.5in/2.5in, 2 x 2.5in
  • Form factor(s) ATX, micro-ATX, mini-ITX
  • Cooling 2 x 140mm/3 x 120mm front fan mounts (3 x 120mm fans included), 1 x 140mm/120mm rear fan mount (140mm fan included), 2 x 140mm/3 x 120mm front fan mounts (fans not included)
  • CPU cooler clearance 180mm
  • Maximum graphics card length 294mm (406mm without HDD cage)
  • Extras Removable dust filters, rear I/O LED, under floor LEDs, internal logo LED, PWM fan hub

Here we have the Noctis 450 unpacked. The product is a mid sized tower and has dimensions of 220mm x 567mm x 544mm and weighs in at a good 9kg. The side window certainly gives a nice overview of the interior, the chassis comes with NZXT fans pre-installed, Front: 3 x 120mm FN V2 Fans Included and Rear: 1 x 140mm FN V2 Fan Included. You will notice the rather stealthy design and the loads of meshes. There is plenty of airflow available to the chassis.
