Right, we'll be installing a small form factor AMD embedded motherboard. Installation is easy and trouble free really. Being on Mini ITX will limit you to one graphics cards, but that could even be an AMD Radeon R9 Fury X or GeForce GTX 980 Ti as they do fit. Next to that you can house a powerful PSU. Combined with a X99 or Z170 Mini ITX you'll have plenty of Core i7 processors at your disposal as well, alongside the room to cool these units properly.
At the backside there was enough working space for cabling, the 8-pin CPU power cable has plenty of reach as well, the chassis isn't big.
So here are a couple of photos to show you what the unit looks like when installed. Overall is a very stylish design and build. Plenty of room for mITX motherboards. You do still have space left for AIO liquid cooling as you can see. Below, a couple of photos of the finished setup. Bear in mind that top LED strip is Hue+ (sold separately), only the rear LED and NZXT logo at the PSU compartment are included.
Unfortunately our photos are taken in an all white photo studio, that is always a bit of a mess to look at with plexi-glass see-through panels. You get the idea though.
The backside rear I/O is lit up with one white LED. Quite handy if in a dark space and you need to connect something. To the lower right you can see the NZXT logo all lit up, as mentioned I quite dislike the way too obvious logo. A chassis is not meant to be an advertising billboard for your brand. To the top left there is a small switch that allows you to at least enable/disable these LEDs.
The other bummer... look at that SSD. Cables must be routed to the left (under and through that NZXT indented bracket). As a result your SSD is inverted and thus shows the logo/brand/text 180 degrees the wrong way. It's not a big frickin deal I know, but a bit of a shame nonetheless.
Right, one last photo before we head onwards to the conclusion. As stated, photos are a bit hard to take in an all white studio with that glossy plexi-glass see-through side panel.
