Here we have high static pressure fans. You get two of these, both 140mm and PWM based as stated. Overall these are pretty good fans, however, once the fans reach full RPM (roughly ~2,800) you will obviously hear them. It's best to configure these at max <800 RPM for silent yet good operation.

The fans have rubber inserts at the screw location, preventing resonating noises. For RGB fans these are done clever, you can bridge them with a small wire, that helps preventing all the cable clutter.

When we flip it around we see the radiator a little better. Easy to mount, most big-tower chassis have pre-fitted holes and space for 240/280 mm rads these days. The Kraken X63 RGB thus is a 280 mm model.

Here we have the cooling block. Inside is the pump as well based on a 7th gen ASETEK pump. There is quite a bit of cabling tied to the unit though. USB connector, and RGB management cable which on its end needs to lead towards a SATA3 power connector.

When we flip the CPU cooling block/pump around we see an all copper base, with TIM (thermal grease) already applied for you. Not exactly a mirror / lapped finish though the performance really is good as you'll find out soon enough.
