NVISION 08 Day 2 - Video games Live Concert -

NVISION - Video Games Live
I have one more item from NVISION that I wanted to share with you guys. Over at the San Jose concert hall a special concert was given. Special in the sense that all music that was played was based on video game music. They call them the Video Games Live and these ladies & gentlemen travel around the world a lot lately. This year for example they have 50 concerts worldwide, they actually just returned from the GC In Leipzig, where we where earlier as well.
The concert itself was fantastic, a very nice live show with good lighting, songs, and the music in styles from classic towards classic combined with rock elements. All songs are guided with video footage of the titles, projected on a nice big screen.
The show started of with a twist of Pong and then went forward from all the popular 80ies games including Space Invader, Pong, Pac Man, Dragons Lair forwards to the more current titles like Sid Meier's Civilization, Final Fantasty, Halo and yes ... even guitar hero with someone from the audience playing along on stage with the band assisting him with some refined classical support. One of the new title added into the concert was Crysis, and it actually ran performance hassle free :)
We have one more item from NVISION to show you guys. Though not 100% related to NVISION I figured this would be fun to show you. In San Jose there was a concert given. Now typically we gamers are not your average classical concert attendees, but the guys from video Games Live setup their gear in the San Jose concert hall and we figured it would be a nice opportunity to attend it and at thee very least show you some photo's on what is actually happening as such a concert.
