The provided fans are the Noctua NF-A12x25. You’ll receive two of them. The basic specifications are listed below:

Model

Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM

Bearing

SSO2

Max. rotational speed (+/- 10%)

2000 RPM

Max. rotational speed with L.N.A. (+/- 10%)

1700 RPM

Min. rotational speed (PWM, +/-20%)

450 RPM

Max. airflow

102,1 m³/h

Max. airflow with L.N.A.

84,5 m³/h

Max. acoustical noise

22,6 dB(A)

Max. acoustical noise with L.N.A.

18,8 dB(A)

Voltage range

12 V

MTTF

> 150.000 h

That’s the theory, but in reality, the range of useful RPMs is wider (especially in the lower end):

In Fan Xpert 4, it was possible to set the RPMs as low as about 300 so, in fact it looks better than what Noctua declares (min 450 rpm). You have to remember that results may vary depending on the fan sample, and the motherboard too.

As for the radiator - it’s a rather slim, aluminium one. The dimensions are 158 x 125 x 58 without the fans, and 158 x 125 x 112 with them installed.

The base is protected by a piece of plastic. As you can see, there is a total of seven heatpipes, and that should ensure that heat from the base will be transferred effectively to the radiator fins. The base is nickel plated, with a mirror-like finish (as you can see above). The CPU contact surface has visible rounded micro-machining marks, which makes it ideal for higher-viscosity thermal compounds.
