Here we have the NH-U9S - my favorite of today as its crazy how well this unit is performing and how silent it really is. 

This cooler again is intended for small form factor builds. The NH-U9S (and NH-D9L) both have a 95x95mm footprint and thus provides 100% RAM and PCIe compatibility on all Intel and most AMD based mainboards.

This small beast weighs in at 618 gram including the fan, and the size is  125(H) x 95(W) x 95(D)mm with the fan included. Here as well you'll spot a back plate that supports a wide variety of CPU sockets. Intel LGA 115x, 1366, 2011 and AMD AM2, AM3, FM1, FM2 based processors can be used in combination with this cooler.  The NH-U9S cooler is a little taller but obviously remains to be an incredibly small product overall.

When we flip the CPU cooling block/pump around we see an all copper nickel plated base. it is tied to five heatpipes. Both coolers mount easily with the help of the Noctua SecuFirm2 multi-socket mounting system. Which is easy and excellent to work with.
