Alright, let's start of with pictures, below you can see the MSI Radeon HD 7770 Power edition. Included with all cards will be manual and a demo and driver CD, power converters and an monitor connector converters to get your multi-monitor freak on.
The 1.5 Billion transistor encounting 28nm Cape Verde based core is tied to a decent 1GB memory -- which is a lot for entry level products. The R7770 is sitting in the 100 to 125 EUR price bracket.
The MSI Radeon HD 7770 Power edition card is clocked at a 1100 MHz core frequency and the GDDR5 memory runs at 4.5 Gbps (effective data rate as GDDR5 has a quad data-rate, so effectively that quadruples that number) the memory bus is 128-bit though. There is however still room left for tweaking and overclocking as we'll demonstrate later on in this article.
As you can see you will receive an additional fan as well.

If you like to push a little further then you can mount the 2nd fan on top of the other one and get the card some extra cooling for let's say tweaking purposes.
Realistically is shaves roughly 5 degrees C of the card, it however doesn't adds much volume to the noise levels, so that's good. The downside obviously is with that 2nd fan in place you are using up three slots inside you PC.
