In the photos below you can see a number of things, GDDR6 memory chips are fabbed by Micron labeled D9WCW. This is a 1750 MHz (14 Gbps effective) type of GDDR6 graphics memory. Photos show the 12nm based TU106 GPU, this A revision (the A meaning this is a binned/sorted overclocking ready GPU). The A revisions often also have more range on the power limiter. This, however, does not mean the non-A SKUs cannot be tweaked manually as well. The GPU VRM controlled by a uP9512R controller, the memory makes use of a two-phase buck uP1666Q controller.
