But yeah again entry-level ... you'll have lots of slots: 2 x PCI Express x16 slot, 3 x PCI Express x1 slot, and 2 x PCI slots. Your LAN is managed by a Realtek 8111E Gigabit LAN Fast Ethernet Controller, audio is managed through a Realtek ALC892 8-Ch High Definition audio CODEC. The board has a standard ATX size of 305mm x 245mm.
Intricate little details then. That small micro button right there is a CMOS clear switch.
Underneath the DIMM slots we see a series of buttons for power and reset. The OC Genie button should (when pressed) automatically overclock the APU. Unfortunately it resulted into not posting on our end. I guess we need some more BIOS updates.
Oh and to the left voltage monitor points, we don;'t believe you are going to overclock with these APU's, but should you go for it, attach a DMM towards the voltage monitoring points and you can see all primary voltages.
And check that, even 8-pin CPU power, the board uses a top drawer IR PWM and Renasas MOSFETs, in a 6+2 phase configuration. I don't think that entry level motherboards have looked this good.
