Ryzen 9 5900HX (Cezanne) uses an entire die, an 8-core CPU (ZEN3) with 16 threads. It has 16 MB of L3 cache. They are clocked at 3.3 (guaranteed base clock) to 4.6 GHz (Turbo) and support SMT for 16 threads. The chip is manufactured on the modern 7 nm TSMC process. In combination to the eight CPU cores, the APU includes an integrated Radeon RX Vega 8 graphics card with 8 CUs and a clock speed of up to 2100 MHz. The twin-channel memory controller supports DDR4-3200 and LPDDR4-4266 RAM. We can see that ADATA DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 memory is used. The Ryzen APU is AMD’s top-of-the-line APU. Next to the IGP is a Radeon 6600M tied to 8GB (1750 MHz) GDDR6 memory.
