One of the LSI SandForce 2281 controllers, with these you actually get the actual full TRIM support and Garbage collection under Windows 7/8 or deleting files off of, will result in LBAs being TRIMed by the SF2281 controllers.
I didn't want to peal it off, but underneath that glued foam is the RAID controller, a Marvell 9100 series.
As you can see clearly, the two PCBs are connected towards on top of once controller board. Each SSD partition of the four of them has 8 20nm Micron NAND flash ICs tied to them. The two top PCBs are the SSDs, the lenghty one is simply the RAID controller board.
