Okay first a small note, after clicking the setup.exe executable it'll default to Chinese, This should be English really. Above you can select English though and it's a 50-50 chance of of hitting the OK button I guess.

The El'Druin engine software is extensive and will take a little while to get used to. Above you can (re)program buttons with your preferences. There are a total of 12 buttons available for programming or assigning a function. 

In the In the ‘Profile Management’ tab we can create a new profiles or change them. Button mappings of the programmable profiles are also shown here.

Macro Management tab will allow you to create and store custom macros. These Macros can be mapped to the buttons displayed on the left. Simply name your macro, choose and select the button and record it. 

As you know you can alter you can alter the DPI levels up-to 5000 DPI but you may adjust the polling rate, scroll speed, pointer speed and even the double click speed as well. That's all the software offers really.
