KFA2 GeForce GTX 980 Ti HOF Review -
Product Showcase
The HOF GeForce GTX 980 Ti is roughly 11 inches in length which is roughly 29~30 cm so please make sure it can actually fit in your chassis. The PCB is a tad shorter, but the cooler extends backwards
At the top of the card you can see the two power headers, both 8-pin connectors are needed. That's 150 + 150 + 75 Watts over the PCI-Express slot = 375 Watts.
The back-plate protects the backside, it has plenty of meshes and openings so this actually is a well designed back-plate. It is also roughly 1mm away from the PCB for the backside to be able to breathe. I would have preferred the GPU spot to have some vent holes though. The logo, this is a customizable top HOF LED (control blinking frequency, brightness with GFE).
Overall a terrific looking card, high performance, good cooling and plenty of display outputs. You can game with up to 4 monitors at any one time using a combination of the various display outputs. Recommended is to use the Display-Ports for three displays for best compatibility.
