KFA2 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti HOF Review - Video Examples LCD and RGB

Video Examples of the LCD screen

The HOF has two rather hip features I would like to show you. First off a built in LCD screen. The LCD screen can show the HOF logo, a text that you can configure as well as generic information of the card like clock-speed, temperature and so on.

Apologies for the flickering in the video, this is 100% fine in a real-world environment with your own eyes of course. The LCD screen works at a low refresh-rate and the back-lighting is white, that is hell to record hence I had to lower the shutter time of the camera to be able to make a video that was actually readable for the text display.

Video Examples of the RGB LED lighting

And in the video below, an overview of the LED functionality if the card. You can assign any color and a couple of animations. Please check the screenshots below for an overview.

BTW the included mount / card rest also can be connected to the RGB setup. Cards these days are heavy, the HOF for example weighs well over a kilogram. This puts pressure on the PCI-Express slot. You can fix the card with the bracket, connect it to the graphics card and it will light up with the RGB coloring in sync as well.

Both the LCD screen and RGB functionality can be controlled with the GALAX Extreme Tuner Plus, downloadable from their website.
