IDE Parallel ATA, Floppy and mainboard PSU connector. If you are wondering why a small sticker is covering pins 20-24, some people still manage to ram in a 20-pin PSU connector the wrong way; and how they do it is a mystery as that requires a lot of brute force. This way it's really fool proof. If you have a 24-pin connector just remove the sticker and plug it in.

Other than that, the connectors are located on a  logical spot.

Ahh, passively cooled silicon, I always like it! The upper left heatsink is covering the 965 Northbridge. Just below it is of course the Southbridge ICH8 silicon.

Rather than add another set of SATA ports, Jetway limited SATA to three ports. Further USB2.0 support is drawn from the ICH8, you'll need to buy USB brackets to utilize them though.

Where you see JW_FP you connect your power on/off, reset, HD buttons and LEDs. I really would have preferred to see color coded connectors here. So that's a bit of a shame really. Funny enough, if you look a bit to the left you'll notice that there definitely is a version with such connectivity. Likely a more expensive version.

Here we see a wide variety of slots. Two PCI Express full-length x16 slots, that really are x8 when you utilize them both. So they can take two graphics cards with 8 PCIe lanes open to each.

In the middle two standard x1 PCI-Express slots. And to thy right; two PCI slots.
