A lot of attention has come to the MP3 player market recently. The new Mini iPod's are selling like packs of bubble gum and everywhere you turn you either see a standard iPod or the new iPod Mini. I almost decided to buy an IPod when I thought there just had to be something better out there.

I found something out there that definitely is, being different isn't always a bad thing.

A lot of people buy the iPod's simply because everyone has one and since everyone has one, it's become the "brand" to own for hard-disk based MP3 players. Apple's iPod has become the standard every other manufacturer has tried live up to. Originally it didn't look like anyone would come along to create the "iPod Killer" as many say. Well, I think we finally have a winner on our hands.

After researching the product, going on forums and asking, I finally realized the player out there that did everything an iPod did plus more was none other than iRiver's H10. The H10 sports a 5GB hard disk, a 1.5" color LCD screen, FM tuner/recorder, Picture viewer, as well as a microphone. The player also comes in 4 different colors: "Lounge Grey", "Remix Blue", "Trance Red", and "Triple Platinum". The look of this player, in my opinion, destroys any competition on the market now, especially the iPod.

iRiver H320 20GB multi-codec jukebox
The iRiver H320 is a 20GB portable music player. It isn't for everyone, but for those who have a little patients to master it functions, you'll end up loving it. The H320 does so much more than just music, though. You also get the FM tuner, text, and the ability to record from just about any source, from microphone to line-in. The H320 also features a brilliant 2.0" color display to view your JPEG's or BMP. Overall, it's fast and sexy, and definitely different. What more could you want?
