Tweet Product: Creative Inspire T7700 7.1 Speakers

So you crave the need for Dolby Digital in it's widest form? 2 speakers, not enough? .. 4 then .. hell no, 5.1 ? nope ... 6 ?? naaah you want 8 speakers ! So what's you problem ? .. money.

DTS, DTS ES, 7.1 Channels game and movie playback it's all so teasing isn't it ? More importantly, it's all so expensive ! Creative Labs however is clever, a speaker for every price range. And for about 120 EUR you can pick up their Creative Inspire T7700 speakers set. Not just 2.1, 4.1 or 5.1 no, we are talking about 7 speakers and a subwoofer .. yes, and the best thing yet, if you look around a bit you'll spot them for 120 EUR.

This dear friends is Creature's approach to tease you and me into buying this set as it sets them away from the competition. But for so little money, would this set really be worth to buy it ? Is the quality good enough to justify that price ? All that and more in today's review on the Creative Inspire T7700.

The Inspire T7700 basically was build to compliment Creative's latest soundcard, the 7.1 channel Audigy 2 ZS, which is being reviewed by us pretty soon, by the way. That soundcard can do some real magic with Dolby Digital and DTS streams.

Inspire T7700 is the affordable entry product to complement the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS. What you'll get in the box are: one wooden subwoofer with a 6.5" long-throw driver and a dual flared port tube for deep bass, Three front (tweeter and mid range driver) and centre two-way speakers and Four rear and side speakers. This set delivers 92 watts RMS power and 125 watts of total system power, the new Creative Inspire T7700 speaker system is equipped with Creative Multi-Speaker System CMSS technology, an EAX multi-channel up-mixing functionality for an enveloping surround environment. CMSS enhances the playback of 5.1 or 6.1 audio soundtracks and music files across the full 7.1 speaker configuration.

The T7700 basically is interesting for the person that likes to take full advantage of DVD movie playback and environmental games yet on a budget.

Let's have a look at the features and specifications ..
