As stated there is no place for 5.25" drives, so optical units are a thing of the past. other then that you can house two HDDs and up-to 5 SSDs. Believe it or not, but water cooling options are possible, you will have support for 280 mm radiators up to 60 mm thick in the front, and a 120 mm radiator and 35 mm thick at the rear.
