The copper base of the water-block is lapped (chemically), very smooth which is great for optimal heat dissipation, it's however not mirror wash or lapped. Pure copper, great for optimal heat absorption.

 I wanted to show you this before going all gynecological inside the chassis. At the back end of th chassis you'll notice two rubber protected holes. Should you ever want to upgrade or install tubing that leads to the outside of the chassis ... this is where you can lead that tubing through. Very handy for a second liquid cooling loop actually.

On the other side of the chassis when we remove the sidepanel, we see that the two radiators each have four 80mm fans installed. That's pretty extreme really. Luckily we can control their RPM to get noise levels under control.

Here we can see the SIM unit., It's a software controlled voltage regulator for the fans and pumps. You can configure the PC to a silent or performance mode (for example). All fans and wires are already connected for you. Should during transport a cable get loose ... everything is clearly marked with little stickers. So you could easily reconnect them.
