So it's time to have a closer look at the products. Below you can spot the packaging of the Radeon HD 6970 Turbo edition.

HIS Radeon HD 6900 series

Here we can see the bundle. The card comes with a very mild factory overclock at 900 MHz on the graphics core where the memory is clocked at 5600 MHz effective. This board is equipped with a massive 2GB framebuffer partition, gDDR5 256-bit.

Along with the bundle comes a driver and installation guide, driver CD, PEG power converters, a VGA/DVI dongle and a Crossfire bridge. Ooh, and let's not forget... a card as well :)

HIS Radeon HD 6900 series

The card comes with two DisplayPort 1.2 connectors, one HDMI 1.4a connector and two DVI connectors of which one is single (up-to monitor resolution 1920x1200) and the other dual-link (2560x1600 and even higher).

HIS Radeon HD 6900 series

So yeah, if you count along with me, five connectors, up-to four can be used in Eyefinity mode with one card. Small tip - if you have a very high resolution monitor at 2560x1600 and connect your card to the single link connector, your resolution could be limited to ~1280x1024 or something close. Hence you should use the dual-link connector to have the full 2560x1600 resolution available. This of course only applies to the two DVI connectors.
