Focus now, this is what you get when you purchase the product. The MSI K9AGM2 motherboard, the front panel memory reader and I/O panel, the electronics for the VFD display and buttons, the optical drive bay on the right, the 3.5" HDD bay below it, the small power supply on the bottom right (of the photo) and obviously the semi-hidden ventilators.
The power supply, rated 200 Watt which is "okay" for this HTPC. These mainboards and AM2 processors do not use that much energy. All AMD Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64, Athlon FX and Sempron with Socket AM2 package are supported.

You probably already notice the weird looking card in the memory slot. This actually is the IR receiver logic. I'm flabbergasted as to why it had to be placed in a DIMM slot as it is not pulling any energy from the DIMM slot whatsoever. The mainboard supports Dual DDR2 400/533/667/800 up-to 4 GB.
