What you are seeing now is the on-screen display. here we are in the menu with several options, in this case brightness.
The photo's where really hard to take, so my apologies for the quality.
As you can see, a plethora of options. This is phase control. If your screen is not sharp enough then fiddle arround with phase to get it perfect.
Very important, color temperature. Take two monitors, in for example Photoshop both would emit the same level of red in a drawing yet on both monitors the colors look different. Here you can adjust and fine-tune that. Color temperature is very important in the DTP business. If you design a flyer/folder you want to make sure that the colors you are using will be the same once printed.
