4. How much money did you spend on the rig as it is right now?

I believe in the region of £2500 but I lost track a long time ago ….

5. How often do you update/buy a new rig?

Generally whenever a worthwhile upgrade becomes available at a decent price, something a little future proof. I haven’t done a major update on the hardware in about 2 years, and now this cade mod’s finished an update must be around the corner.

  • Sapphire Radeon 5850 @ 950MHz
  • 4GB OCZ DDR3 1600MHZ

  • 2x Crucial M4 128GB SSDs in RAID, Samsung F3 1TB & 500GB
  • Creative X-Fi Extreme Music
  • Epsilon 700w
  • Silverstone TJ07

External Peripherals:

  • 2x Samsung 22" 2253BW Monitors
  • Razer Tarantula Keyboard
  • Corsair Vengeance M60 Mouse
  • Logitech Z680 Sound System

  • Heat Killer 3.0
  • EK FC5850 GPU Block (Nickel & Acrylic Top)
  • EK Multiption Res 250
  • DDC Ultra 18watt pump w/EK top
  • Thermochill PA 120.3 Triple 120mm Rad
