9. What's the best part of your rig?

The case that I designed and made entirely myself.

10. Any dislikes, things you should not have bought?

Nope, but I bought several riser cables before I found the one I'm using now (I guess I should include those in my spending...:P). Besides that, I see that both types of Noctua fans now come in black, so I would have considered buying those instead. In addition, I'm considering pimping it up a bit with some LED-strips, and maybe trying out some dark foil on the inside of the glass doors, but heck!

11. Did you modify anything?  cases/video cards/other? Did you do it yourself? Walk us through it.

As I guess is obvious, the case is custom made. It measures about 26x29x39cm (WxDxH). I cut the sides from one piece of glued beech wood. I used a router to cut out the dovetail joineries as well as details for the cables and I/O panels. Then I glued the pieces together, sanded and painted with wax oil. To mount the mobo and hard drives I cut and bended some steel plates, which I sprayed black afterwards. I used the same procedure to make a cover at the base for the PSU, cables and power switch. I used metal insert treads and M3 machine screws to secure everything, thus I can take it apart without problems.

I also ordered a couple of custom side panels made of hardened glass and mounted them with M3 type thumbscrews. The idea with the design was to make two compartments, one for the CPU+HDD and the other for the GPU, both sides getting exactly half of the airflow from the two large fans. I think it worked out as planned as the system runs cool (and rather quiet, thanks to the large diameter fans as well as using vibration dampening rubber washers/stand-offs).

12. Your 3DMark scores

8700-ish

13. Do you have any future updates planned?

Not with this rig, but I'm completing another build for my wife and I, and here I'll go with Intel/Nvidia again (maybe another RotM contestant?).

14. Does your rig or mod have a name?

I call it (humorously) 'SvigerKuben', which translates to 'the Parent-in-law-Cube' (the inside of the upper compartment measures about 25x25x25cm, thus a cube).
