9. What's the best part of your rig?

I like the way it all came together as a coherent theme. The yellow accented case complemented with the little details such as the custom designed back plates from Coldzero and the cable braiding really finish it off, and of course thanks to MSi for bucking the trend and rocking up with a yellow/black themed motherboard!

10. Any dislikes, things you should not have bought?

My main dislike was gluing the lock collars on the Monsoon tubing… that took a very long time and was pretty frustrating! All looked good in the end though.

11. Did you modify anything ?  cases/video cards/other? Did you do it yourself? Walk us through it.

Yes, I modded a few things, such as mounts and pass through holes for tubing in the midwall of the case and the floor. There was a fair few bits of painting such as the soundcard EMI shield, the pump, radiator and the fan rings. To finish it off I custom braided the PSU myself with paracord. This time I went with a 3 colour design and I’m really pleased with it. I love the way the grey adds a slightly softer dimension to just straight black/yellow.

12. Your 3DMark scores

On the clocks above (which are my 24/7 settings) my Firestrike Extreme score is 16,141.

13. Do you have any future updates planned ?

I have a rather unique idea for my next project (you’ll have to wait and see) but for now I’m taking a bit of a break having done 3 projects in the last 18 months so it won’t be for at least another year.

14. Does your rig or mod have a name ?

This project is called Project Fortis. My last two builds were mini but mighty and micro but mighty. I wanted to keep the “mighty”/ powerful theme going. Fortis is Latin for Powerful, Mighty, Strong.
