 Gaming at 2560x1440 (WHQD)

We move up towards the most popular gaming resolution of choice for PC gamers anno 2015 Wide Quad HD or WQHD which is a resolution of 2560x1440. Especially Guru3D.com readers seem to fins this resolution a perfect balance for gaming immersion versus resolution, plus it is an affordable resolution as well, as you do not need the most enthusiast level / class graphics cards.

At WHQD you'll notice that the numbers will start crumbling down significantly. Basically you are looking at a Radeon R9 280X/290X or GeForce GTX 970/980 for a proper FPS with these quality settings versus the benchmark versus this resolution.

Gaming at 3840x2160 (Ultra HD)

Everything is always difficult in Ultra HD if you want the very best image quality settings, hey it is four times 1080P being rendered. The graphics cards all will need to drop down from anti-aliasing level in order to obtain a decent framerate.
