Gigabyte offers a GIGABYTE Vision G, the Z490 boards have what Gigabyte refers to as 'shielded memory routing' and is based upon a 12+1-phase design/delivery backed by 50A power stages, these are cooled by a set of aluminum heat sinks. In a nutshell, that's a good VRM ranging in this into a high-end but not enthusiast class. There are two 1 V ATX CPU power inputs one 8 and one 4-pin. The board offers an Intel 2.5 G Ethernet (Intel i225 ) controller but lacks AX Wi-Fi 6. The board offers three PCIe 3.0 slots which run at x16, x8/x8, x8/x8/4. Storage-wise you will see hidden under a heatsink a twofold of PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 slots, one is exposed and limited in PCI-Lane connectivity. We'll explain later. There are six SATA ports (RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10 array support). The onboard audio based on Realtek ALC1220 HD audio codec
