The 6600 (XT) series will not (yet) replace the older lineup, which consists of the 5600/5700; nevertheless, the L3 cache and RDNA2 GPU architecture will make this a faster product at lower resolutions. This AIB card has a maximum Turbo clock of 2491 MHz and registers at that speed. The base clock reports back at 1626 MHz, the Game clock at 2044 MHz. Fan stop in idle mode is supported, which means that while not in use, the card is passive (i.e. no fans are spinning), giving you the advantage of having a silent product on your hands. You'll notice three spinners and a single 8-pin power connector tucked away in a 28-centimeter-long package. The shroud is all plastic, but this is a good-looking card. No RGB btw !
