Gigabyte Krypton game mouse review - Product Showcase

The Aivia Krypton mouse is based on a laser sensor, a real DPI of up to 8200 with up to five programmable profiles. The mouse is overall single-textured with a soft plastic feel to it. Not at all uncomfortable, and it won't get slippery when wet or sweaty. The mouse is ready for the right and left handed actually as such at the thumb location you'll notice a rubber insert with three buttons and a profile button you can see that one lit up in blue at the above photo.

As mentioned, the braided USB cable is very long; roughly two meters. Here we have right side buttons, precisely the same as on the left side. On top the rubber scroll wheel. The smaller button just above the scroll wheel is the selectable DPI switch with four programmable gradations.

Here we have the backside, as stated a 8200 DPI laser sensor, we see some nice Kevlar glide skirts and all the way down. We can remove the base and replace it with once with abrasion-free ceramic inserts.

The mouse itself has an ergonomic design. The mouse feels a little square in my hands, but overall sits well in my hands.
