Here, two photos of the GTX 590 with the fan shroud removed. You can see the two vapor chamber coolers in the upper photo, and below, the card all naked with the ICs exposed.

To the left and right, the two GF110 GPUs, in the middle we spot an NF200 chip bridging the two GPUs. Surrounding the GPUs are the memory ICs and then we see all the smaller stuff, like capacitors, voltage regulators, resistors and so on.
