Performance - dGPU Extended Tests GeForce GTX 1080 - DX11: Tom Clancy's The Division
Tom Clancy's The Division is an online open world third-person shooter role-playing video game developed and published by Ubisoft, with assistance from Red Storm Entertainment, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Division takes place in mid-crisis Manhattan, an open world with destructive environments that are free for players to explore. The player's mission is to restore order by investigating the source of a virus. We use a time based measurement based upon the internal benchmark this title offers. These are some of the in-game quality settings options. We simply flick on the best (ULTRA) quality settings and then disabled VSYNC. Games typically should be able to run in the 40 FPS range combined with your monitor resolution.
Here the results are rather interesting, The Division is showing the least scaling for processors with multiple or more cores, however the quad cores with the faster clocks (I added the core and turbo clock in the y-axis) show a significant increase in performance. The sheer fact we can learn here is that no game is the same when it comes to the correlation of liking more or faster cores. So in our findings, more cores with a nice tweak is always the best solution.

Gigabyte B550 Vision D review
Meet the Gigabyte B550 Vision D motherboard. This product from the Vision series (which includes also a Z490 motherboard) is an AMD AM4 socket product targeted at creators. Built in the ATX form-factor, the design resembles GB’s Designaire models. Make no mistake, this is a high-end product. It should provide excellent stability, and boasts features not to be found in cheaper models.
