Ghost Recon Wildlands will require some modern hardware to run smoothly upon release. To reach recommended requirement we expect an Intel i5-2300 or AMD FX-8120 processor coupled with either an Nvidia GTX 960 or RX 470. This will get around 60 FPS on high graphics settings at 1080p.

Visual Image Quality

Not Ubisoft, but Nvidia just revealed the official PC requirements for the final version of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands. According to the green team, PC gamers will need at least a modern-day quad-core CPU with 6GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 660.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands was released on March 7th 2017.

Minimum Requirements

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 3.3 GHz or AMD FX-4320 @ 4 GHz

Recommended Requirements

  • CPU: Intel Core i7- 3770 @ 3.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4 GHz
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX970/GTX 1060 or AMD R9 290X /R9 390/RX480 (4GB VRAM)
  • VRAM: 4GB

Ubisoft noted today on their blog that they have partnered with bestselling authors Don Winslow and Shane Salerno to create the narrative of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands. Both writers have had experience writing stories about cartels, and worked with the writers at Ubisoft Paris in order to craft a realistic and grounded storyline for the title.

For our reference baseline results we test with our image quality settings at Very High. Ultra is too taxing for most cards. Overall you will experience Very high to be a nice quality setting for PC gamers. The game allows you to tweak several graphics settings, but has your typical settings ranging from the lowest to the best (Ultra) image quality settings.
