The CPU cooling block is copper base with the four heatpipe running through them. On top of it we see an additional heatsink. The cooler weights 1.42 lb (645 g).
The copper base is flat, not mirror finished or sanded though. A little rough around the edges but definitely good enough as it is. The product comes with GC-2 Thermal compound (TIM) in a small syringe.
Here we see the cooler prepped and ready for installation. Unfortunately the motherboards needs to come out as we need to install that black motherboard backplate to secure the cooler nice and firm on.
