DX11: Far Cry New Dawn
DX12: Far Cry New Dawn
Far Cry New Dawn is an interesting title, it's more of the same like Far Cry 5, but in a new setting. Ubisoft Montreal announced the successor to the Far Cry 5 (review) series at The Game Awards in Los Angeles. Far Cry New Dawn will be a standalone sequel to Far Cry 5 in a post-apocalyptic setting. Ubisoft also partnered up with names like Corsair, their RGB custom PC, and peripheral lighting integration is synced with Far Cry 5 and new Dawn. Nature lovers will be pleased to find very dense foliage and clutter, all possible through clever usage of the engine’s impostor system. The PC version of the game has a built-in easy to use benchmark, the good thing is that it is really close to actual gameplay performance. We select ultra Quality and let'r run.
* We are migrating towards a new test platform based on the Core i9 9900K - 32 GB DDR4 - Z390. As older benchmarks slowly phase-out, the new ones are already tested on this 9900K platform. This game has been tested on the new platform.
