The folks over at Sparkle submitted one of their cards as well, this card comes from the Calibre series, which is the more high-end segment of their line-up. As you can see, the product is quite something else alright. Very nice looks and design is what strikes us when we open up the packaging.

The X450G comes with a massive cooler which in fact originates from Arctic Cooling, it is the Accelero Twin Turbo PRO. And that ensures silent yet high performance cooling. Cooling wise that shows as our tests will show later on, nearly amazing stuff there.

Calibre products are often also pre-overclocked and thus so is the X450G with its 850 MHz core clock frequency, 1700 MHz on the shader domain and 3800 MHz on the memory. That will give the GTS 450 empowering this card definitely a little more bite.

Here as well we get one SLI finger on what seems to be a 100% reference based PCB, also one 6-pin power connector.

Connectivity wise you'll see two digital DVI connectors and a mini HDMI connector. Sparkle includes a mini HDMI to HDMI cable, which we find to be a nice subtle touch.

Overall a huge card, literally, as the cooler eats up three card slots. But that brings in a lot of cooling performance. Again thanks to that cooler this card will not get warmer than roughly 45 Degrees C. And that's just commendable.
