Below a couple of component photos. First up the controller from Phison, secondly the DRAM chips, there are two of them from SK Hynix. Then you'll notice a NAND chip, the PCB has four of these, two in the front and two at the backside, thus each holding 512GB NAND written with a bit of TLC. The TA indicates this is Toshiba base NAND, likely 64 or 96-layers.

We'll use the M.2 unit on a Ryzen 7 3700X / X570 platform and have installed it under the included heatsink.
