A heat spreader does not always bring the temperature down. Rather than that, it moves the heat from the chips to the PCB, distributing it more evenly throughout the entire module and eliminating potential hot spots. Theoretically, this should allow for better overclocking.

The total height of the stick is about 39 mm. That’s a low-profile module, and you shouldn’t have problems with most (if not all) air coolers. As always, we recommend double-checking whether any clearance issues won’t occur before you buy this set.

The weight of the module is 86g, so the radiator is very, very solid.

The set provided to us has the water block that can be applied, with the aRGB lighting available (controlled by the respective motherboard software). Ok, here are the final shots of this nice memory kit.
