One question remains, should you tweak DDR4 memory intended for the Ryzen platform. Of course, that is solely up-to you, however, 3600 Mhz is your absolute sweet spot already, as once you pass the next step at 3766 MHz you'll face other limitations on the Ryzen infrastructure. 

We would not advise increasing the DDR4 memory frequency over 3600 MHz. As soon as you go higher than DDR4-3733, a 2:1 multiplier will kick in and the processor Infinity Fabric link starts working at half the memory clock frequency. The 2:1 multiplier switches on at DDR4-3733 so do keep in mind that it will have an effect on the speed at which the various core complexes within the CPU can communicate with each other. For the best overall system performance, we, therefore, recommend DDR4-3600 speed as a maximum frequency. 

You can, however, fool around a bit with timings, of course, we got CL16:20:20:35 CR1 stable at 1.40 Volts:
