G.Skill Ripjaws MX780 RGB mouse

We review on the G.Skill Ripjaws MX780 RGB mouse, the device is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing with configurable RGB LEDs and has a grip that is intensely impressive. The mouse weighs has an adjustable palm-rest and is programmable, has additional thumb game buttons (programmable as well). Oh hey, and has magnetic left and right-hand side removable thumb grips.

Yeah. We stated it a couple of times already, but it is very crowded in the PC gaming hardware arena -- especially when it comes to products like headsets, keyboards, and mice. Whether you have ten bucks to spend or a hundred there WILL be a product matching that budget. Simple mice, small mice, mice dedicated to games, mice for business usage, mice with multiple scanning lasers, mice with adjustable weight systems, and on and on. G.Skill opened up a new chapter ever since a year or two ago as they offer gaming peripheral products including headsets, mice, and keyboards. The mouse tested today has been fitted with an Avago 8,200dpi laser sensor with a 1,000Hz polling rate. These DPI values hardly make sense anymore as there is even 16K version already. But granted, after testing it a couple of days we do have to admit this thing is massively precise. To match the new modern theme the mouse was designed from the ground up to be aesthetically pleasing yet attractive to look at. Next, to that the G.Skill  did something funky, they've made the thumb rests (both left and right side) changeable. And you swap it out in like seconds as they lock into place thanks to small industrial magnets. You get an extra wider thumb rests for that left and right side, but I'll show you in the review later on). The MX780 has 4-Zone configurable RGB color customization that allows for 16.8 million color selection back-lighting per one of the LED locations. The unit advances on that though as its cast is made out of durable and very sturdy uni-body shell. For each application, there seems to be a mouse you can purchase, and the fact remains that the majority of mice out there are all simply close to each other.

The MX780 obviously is targeted at gamers, but obviously works as a regular mouse just as well. I've been using it for two days now on my desktop PC. But sure, for gaming, it is far more diversified, refined and intricate with an included weight system as well as adjustable and palm rest.

This gaming peripheral features a total of eight programmable buttons. Have a peek, then have a browse to the next page where we'll review the MX780 mouse. Will the 60 USD/EUR price tag be worth it with regards to features and functionality? Well, let's find out, shall we?

G.Skill Enki 360 LCS liquid cooler review
Today, we are reviewing an AIO cooler from G.Skill: the Enki 360. It’s a debut for this brand in that sector, just like with Lian Li in July ’20. As for the name, Enki is the ancient Sumerian god of water, so that’s not a bad idea for this kind of product. We’ve received a 360 mm variant of this LCS, but there’s also a 240 mm and a 280 mm version, in case your chassis can’t fit the largest one (no pun intended), or if you’re on a tighter budget.

Today, we are looking at G.Skill TridentZ Royal 4000 MHz CL17 memory in a 32 GB set consisting of four 8 GB modules. At the end of 2018, we had an opportunity to check a lower-clocked kit from that series (3200 MHz), but the capacity was 2 x 8 GB back then.
