Here we have the fans. You get three of these, 120mm and PWM based as stated, obviously two 240mm ones for a 280mm model. These are Fractal Design Dynamic X2 PWM fan, with Prisma distinction for the aRGB compatible ones.

Again this is a choice you can make in your purchase options, e.g. RGB or no RGB. They offer a wide speed adjustment range from 500 to 2000 RPM allowing for near-silent operation under lighter loads and maximum airflow during heavy usage.

When we flip it around we see the radiator a little better. Easy to mount, most big-tower chassis' have pre-fitted holes and space for 360mm rads, but not all of them. Please do check if you can actually mount this format and size of the radiator  403 x 123 x 30mm). We think this is the same radiator uses as the previous series.

At the CPU cooling block/pump we see an all copper base that does not have a mirror finish, it is definitely very flat though. You'll notice that one wire leads to the cooling block, this is for the pump residing in that block. Thermal paste is applied as well.

What I like is that the top side of the block is really small and flat. I am not a big fan of logos though. Nice sleeved tubing, some wiring has been passed through that sleeving to hide cables, which is nice.

Rotating the round rubber ring allows for an automated mode and PWM mode. We advise the default PWM mode so you can load manage pump and fan RPM based on heat.

A bit of a problem is that the fan and pump RPM are based on coolant temperature, and thus not the CPU temperature. That does mean the unit will remain really silent until the coolant hits a too hot temp. You cans ee that the coolant PWM curve delta is set at 55 degrees C before the fans ramp up, and at that time your CPU might already run seriously hot.
