So here we go, meet the 28 billion transistor-based GA102-225 GPU, GPU and memory power phases, and GDDR6X memory from Micron labeled D8BWW rated 19 Gbps. All critical components that can run hot are padded and protected.
GPU is fed by 19-phases that are leading towards a duo of OnSemi NCP8610 voltage management controllers. On that end, they're paired by OnSemi NCP302150 DrMOS power stages. Memory is tied towards three phases managed by an OnSemi NCP81610 controller backed again by OnSemi NCP302150 DrMOS.
