Any Guru3D photo-shoot always starts with the packaging and bundle, everything is packaged, cushioned and bundled safely in the box. The smaller box holds all the components needed, and yeah it's filled with some good stuffz alright.

Once opened you'll spot the liquid cooling unit consisting out of the radiator, fans, tubing, pump/reservoir and CPU cooling block up-to screws and fittings. Everything is relatively easy to install and ready to use. You do need to install fans and stuff like tubing towards the cooling block and reservoir to obviously create your own custom loop.

The sheer amount of components in the kit can be a little overwhelming to look at, but you'll quickly see where all the money is spent on. Bundled in the P240 Classic RGB kit are:

  • Universal CPU water block: EK-Supremacy Classic RGB - Nickel + Plexi (incl. thermal paste)
  • Radiator: EK-CoolStream Classic PE 240 (Slim Dual)
  • Radiator size: 273 x 120 x 45mm (L x W x H)
  • Radiator fan: EK-Vardar F4-120ER RGB (500-2200rpm) (2pcs)
  • Water pump-reservoir combo: EK-XRES 140 SPC PWM Classic RGB - Plexi (incl. pump)
  • Tubing: EK-DuraClear 9,5/12,7mm (3/8'' - 1/2'') (2 meters)
  • Compression fittings: EK-STC Classic 10/13 (3/8'' - 1/2'') - G1/4 Nickel (6 pcs)
  • Coolant concentrate: EK-CryoFuel Clear rev.2 (100mL; for 1L of coolant)
  • EK-UNI Pump Bracket (120mm FAN)
  • Y-cable splitter: EK-Cable Y-Splitter 2-Way Fan PWM (10cm)
  • EK PWM Cable Extender 500mm
  • EK-Cable Pump testing adapter
  • ATX Bridging Plug
  • RGB 4-Way Splitter Cable
  • Allen Key 8mm

Let's break down the kit piece by piece. You'll spot a retention/mounting system that supports Intel LGA-1150/1151/1155/1156 Intel LGA-2011(-3), Intel LGA-2066 and AMD Socket AM4.  You will receive a motherboard back-plate, some thermal grease TIM. The water block is the performance series block, it'll do just fine.

The biggest item in the kit, that 240 mm radiator have the raditor, we'll need to install two variable Vardar RGB F4 PWM fans (120mm), these are re-wired on one connector and are controlled from the motherboard PWM controller - so your motherboard PWM controller will regulate the fans. Alternatively you could tie them to a fan controller, of course. The Vardar fans are working well relative to airflow performance and low noise levels.
