When we flip the board once more we spot the DIMM slots. P55 is back towards Dual-channel memory. Correspond the DIMMs modules according to color coding for proper dual-channel configuration, and equip the white  banks first please. The memory supports DDR3 2400 (OC) / 2200 (OC) / 2000 (OC) /1800 (OC) /1600 (OC) / 1333 /1066 DDR3 SDRAM and Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP), we'll check that actually out with 2200 MHz memory today !

The ATX motherboard power header is located to the right of the motherboard with next to is an extra Molex connector allowing you to connect a power cooling fan. Also notice the solid core chokes used. A massive step upwards fro ECS.

Zoomed in and to the left we spot six SATA2 headers and then in grey two SATA 3 (6G) connectors.

The motherboard is cooled passively. No noise, purring and whirring fans whatsoever, below it you can see MOSFETs / Chokes and quality capacitors. ECS is making a really big move towards better class components. in the end that will help you out with better heat management, overclocking, stability and lifespan.
