When we flip it up-side down we notice the four screws that we need to remove to access the drive bay.

With these removed, the tray can be slid out the back, but don't move too quickly as you have to disconnect the cable that runs to the LED on the front of the enclosure first. Not really handy to be honest, Eagle could definitely look at improving that. But at 39 USD I'm not complaining.

Fairly standard, the design is grand BTW. Just slide in the drivers secure them with supplied screws and you are good to go. Sturdy as well.
